I’ve been providing IT consulting services to many businesses in the Seattle area for the past 21+ years.  My IT career started at Microsoft where I provided telephone support to Premier customers needing assistance with Active Directory, DNS, Certificate Services or general networking questions and later I worked the MSIT Identity Management team managing over 300 active directory servers around the world, testing new operating systems and working with many other IT teams to develop the next version of Windows.

My consulting business has grown by word-of-mouth referrals from existing clients. The support I provide ranges from server operations and maintenance, email functions and upgrades, office networking - wired, wireless to personal computer and mobile phone support.  I migrated all my clients having on-premise exchange email to Microsoft's Office 365 cloud based email system.  The end result has been improved improved uptime/availability of email and reduced the monthly cost of maintaining the on-premise (exchange) servers.  In addition to email support, I configure backups for the office network, wireless solutions, Internet connection improvements (if available), provide suggestions/recommendations for new hardware needs and purchase and configure systems based on needs.
